Vanilla Cookie Protein Balls

This recipe is a gem for busy gym-goers looking for a clean and healthy post work out snack.
You want to get protein and carbs to your muscles in the quickest and most convenient way possible after your workout (read more about this here) and these power bombs provide just that.
This recipe is easily adaptable – I also like adding coconut flakes, cacao nibs or goji berries!
No baking required, and they will stay good in the fridge or freezer for 2 weeks.

1c gluten free oats
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use Sunwarrior warrior blend)
1c unsweetened almond milk
1tsp cinnamon – or to taste

Add the oats, protein powder and cinnamon with 1/2c milk into your blender or food processor and blend. Gradually add more milk until a sticky dough forms.
Form into balls and keep in the fridge.
